To make these hamburger steaks, I started past dumping some lean basis beef into a large mixing bowl along with an egg.

In one case the liquid started to boil, I returned the beef patties to the pan.

I spooned some of the gravy over the beef patties.

So I placed a chapeau on the pan and reduced the oestrus to low.
